I'm thrilled to share my incredible journey at Vidyaniketan Academy, where I spent 10 memorable years, from Grade 1 to 10. Graduating in the academic year 2022-2023 was a milestone, and I'm grateful for the experiences that shaped me into the person I am today. The school's infrastructure and supportive staff created a nurturing environment, making us feel like part of a big family. Various activities and events helped us develop into well-rounded individuals. Studying alongside amazing classmates and teachers made learning an enjoyable experience. I've gained invaluable knowledge, skills, and memories that I'll cherish forever. I feel fortunate to have been a part of the Vidyaniketan Academy family. I cherish the memories of my school days, where I discovered my passions, developed lifelong friendships, and laid the foundation for my future. The dedicated teachers, supportive staff, and vibrant campus environment created an ideal setting for me to grow, learn, and thrive. Also it was the best time of life where we enjoy each day and are unaware about responsibilities that we are taking now . Vidyaniketan academy not only made us a good student but also better human being in the society. Through various academic and extracurricular activities, I developed essential skills, such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, which have been invaluable in my personal and professional journey . Which benefited me in my later studies as it made me proud that I stand at great place whenever appreciate me for my values and learning , which I got in my school life. My school experience not only shaped my intellect but also helped me become a confident, empathetic, and responsible individual. I am grateful for the opportunities, lessons, and relationships that I formed during my time in school, and the relations which I made during my school life are best people in my life. As vidyaniketen academy not only gave the lessons on practical things but also many emotional moments in life . On the first day of my school I cried a lot and there was a day where we cried because that was the last day where we were going to seat in school for our last lecture. And therefore I look forward to staying connected with my alma mater.
 

Hello myself miss Gracy Atul Agrawal.I can proudly say that I was an alumini of Vidyaniketan Academy .My school taught me life skills ,academic knowledge and much more which I am still grateful for today.10 th class memories are unmatched. I made mistakes, learned lessons and was supported by good friends and inspiring teachers. My school morning used to start with the assembly in which we used to sing hindi and English prayers .every week classwise students used to represent good thought,gk questions,news readings,story telling etc and once a week there used to be sports day where we used to do warm up, meditation ,mass pt. Then after the assembly scheduled lectures used to take place. All though all subjects were my favorite but my most favorite subject was science.I like science because it's not based on fiction.In class 10 th we used to have three teachers for science separately for biology ,chemistry and physics. Our teachers used to teach us whole heardtly.Proff.Yogesh Gaikwad sir used to teach us chemistry and he was master in it .Once he taught chapter it was brain fitted onces for lifetime.We used to have a social studies teacher she used ro teach SST very fluently that we used to go in history and learn it. She used to personally solve my doubts so crystal clearly.I used to not like hindi initially because of velanti and kana matra but when new professor vijay randive sir for hindi changed drastically.I used to love the subject hindi so much that at home most of the time I only used to study hindi, understanding the grammar part from my mom and some poem description.The most favorite part of my school time was the play time(PT) we used to play volleyball, cricket, lagori, kabbadi, football, Dodgeball, khokho, badminton, and some indoor games. About my school facilities;school provides us bus facilities,ro-water facility, electricity facility. Also my school has a large library where we enjoy reading a variety of vooks, novels, comics. Besides the library there was well equipped science labs .where we conduct experiments in chemistry, physics,and biology. Also customized computer labs and special classes for music and art .In junior classes we used to have the subject VE(value education). The classrooms were spacious and decorated by artworks made by students also charts were demonstrated to help students to revise. Teachers used to teach us on large blackboards for visual learning used to be on digital boards. Students used to seat on comfortable benches and also the classrooms used to be clean and tidy. Our school used to celebrate various festivals in our school ground. We celebrated krishna janmastmi by tying the handi at suitable height and girls boys used to reach the handi to break it and steal the makhan. We also celebrated ashadi ekadashi where the small students wear the vittal rukmai costume and a didi used to take place in our school campus, some years we used to celebrate rangpanchmi by applying the natural colours and ended up this by dancing on hindi marathi songs. In high school the 10 th class students used to celebrate teachers day where they became teachers and used to attend the lower classes that day used to be fun day.Annually our school performs a gathering function of dance and musical concert where the best performed class used to get gifts and trophy .yearly school used ro held trip to various location at a time : Imagica, MP, karnataka, raigad fort with beaches (kokan side) n wild life sanctuary .In between the academics our school used ro held field visits where it includes farmland ,industrial visit, magic show ,temple (riverside), art gallery etc. at the end of the year in December school used to have sports Meer where the sports captain used to take oat, there was parade and used to play sports against the house teams also there was a match of tag of war between the teachers. At function the specific winning house used the get the house trophy for winning in maximum games.Also there was a food fest where each class used to represent there class by making a food dish.It seemed like a gathering for food. For motivating the students there used to be interactive guest lectures there came a pilot, a retired army officer, a Nutritionalist, some students which where studying abroad. At last for me school life was a journey of learning and discovery. It helped me recognize my individuality and develop my unique identity. My school gave me trust, inspiration, and countless joyful memories. I have been a students at my school for 15 years from nursery to 12 th standard and this time feels like a golden Era that disappeared like a beautiful dream.from learning the alphabet to solving complex equations my school learning was filled with excellent and incredible year that I received the trophy for student of the year. This was all my experience in a renowned and reputed school of the city Vidyaniketan Academy.

Memories are flashbacks of a series of events that happened in the past that shape our identity, influence our behavior and contribute to our overall well-being. School life is an important memory-diary that everybody looks upon and I am the lucky one who experienced 8 awesome schools. But in all, Vidyaniketan Academy has the most special place in my heart. Not only because, I completed my 10th grade education there but because I spent the best time of my life there. It has now almost been 2 years since I left Vidyaniketan after spending 4 wonderful years in it which gave me lifetime of lessons. In fact, I saw the school becoming one of the best schools in front of my eyes being a part of it. People say good schools can change your life but for me my school was my life. As an alumni, I have been consistently impressed by the growth in the school which is happening over the years all because of the dedication, passion and excellence demonstrated by each member of the school community. Beyond academics, Vidyaniketan fosters a culture of inclusivity, respect and diversity. Vidyaniketan emphasized on my character development, leadership skills and all the other tools that one needs to succeed not only in there academic pursuits but also in life. On this note, I express my heartfelt gratitude to all the teaching and non-teaching staff of Vidyaniketan for their constant support and guidance that helped me score 96.8% in my grade 10 board examinations. Looking back at my time at Vidyaniketan Academy, I realize how profoundly it shaped the person I am today. From the very first day in nursery until my 10th-grade farewell, this school was my second home. Though I passed out from school in 2018 but the memories still resonate. One of the most vibrant memories I cherish is the exhilaration of Sports Day. The cheers, the races, the team spirit – those moments were truly unforgettable. Beyond the annual events, the regular sports activities instilled in me a love for physical fitness and teamwork. My batchmates were exceptional. The competitive yet supportive environment fostered a spirit of healthy rivalry that pushed us all to excel. The fun we had with friends was a constant highlight of my school experience. Whether it was sharing lunch breaks, planning silly pranks….those moments of pure joy are etched in my memory. The dedication of our teachers was remarkable. They weren't just educators; they were mentors who genuinely cared about our progress. Their passion for teaching made learning engaging and impactful. I am deeply grateful for the knowledge and guidance they imparted. The school's facilities were always well-maintained, providing us with a conducive learning environment. Whether it was the library, the labs, or the classrooms, everything contributed to a positive educational experience. Beyond academics, I loved the extracurricular activities. They allowed me to explore my interests and discover new talents. From Science exhibitions to Musical concerts, these activities added richness and depth to my school life. The solid foundation I received at Vidyaniketan Academy has been instrumental in shaping my career & where I stand today. I am proud to be an alumnus and will always cherish the memories made within its walls!

Vidyaniketan holds a special place in my heart—it was where my journey began. Though my time there was brief, the experiences and values I gained have shaped who I am today. Our batch was small, but our enthusiasm knew no bounds. We studied diligently, participated in every event, and supported one another like family. I was always an active student—talking in class, taking part in competitions, and embracing every opportunity to grow. I still remember role-playing great Indian personalities like Sant Dnyaneshwar, earning applause and encouragement from the school's founder President Hon.Bhausaheb Thorat, likewise Hon.Adv.Raosaheb Shinde and Hon.Shashikala Shinde. Their recognition and support made a lasting impact on me. However, since our batch size was very small, we were not moved to further grades at Vidyaniketan. At that crucial moment, Hon.Dr.Rajeev Shinde and now a key member of the founding body—referred me to Dahanukar English Medium School, where I continued my education. My father shared a strong bond with Vidyaniketan, and our family's connection with the school runs deep. I was the first student of the school, my father dedicated over a decade of service there, my mother also contributed to its growth, and my brother completed his entire schooling at Vidyaniketan as a bright student. Though I later moved to Dahanukar for further studies, the foundation laid at Vidyaniketan helped me excel in life. I pursued engineering, completed my MBA from one of India’s top institutions, and now work as a Data Scientist at Dell. One of my proudest achievements is that I am among the very few—if not the only—Vidyaniketan alumni to have worked for Google, a testament to the strong foundation and values instilled in me by my first school. One thing that makes Vidyaniketan truly special is that its entire foundation is built on ethics, morals, and values. And whatever is based on these principles lasts longer and achieves greater heights. This strong foundation is what sets the school apart and ensures its continued success. Even today, whenever I visit Vidyaniketan, Chairperson Hon.Dr.Prerna Shinde is incredibly supportive. She and the entire school leadership always ask if I need any guidance or support, reflecting their unwavering dedication to their students. My name is Samidha Mane, and I was a student at Vidyaniketan Academy for eight years. Throughout my time here, I experienced a rich and fulfilling academic journey that has truly shaped both my educational and personal growth. I joined Vidyaniketan in 5th grade, and from the very beginning, it felt like home. I was always the mischievous yet enthusiastic student—the one who never missed a day of school and wanted to be part of everything. The faculty, the atmosphere, and the friendships I built during those years shaped me in ways I never fully understood until much later. Vidyaniketan laid the foundation that gave me the confidence to take on any challenge life had in store. Some of my fondest memories include transitioning from the old school building to being part of the very first batch under the CBSE affiliation. The thrill of participating in Teacher’s Day celebrations, the excitement of Sports Day, and the long hours spent preparing for annual functions are moments I will always cherish. Winning the Head Girl election—not once, not twice, but three times—was one of the proudest milestones of my school life. Another defining moment was receiving the Sportswoman of the Year award in 10th grade, a testament to the hours spent training and competing, especially in volleyball, where I represented the school at the district level. I had the privilege of learning from some of the best—mentors who were strict when it came to academics but equally warm and encouraging outside the classroom. I hold Late Kadam Ma’am very close to my heart, as she was instrumental in shaping my school journey. I am equally grateful to Jenny Ma’am, Pawar Sir, Shrisundar Ma’am, Kulkarni Sir, Sapna Ma’am, Zare Ma’am, Khaire Ma’am, and Nilofar Ma’am. Their lessons extended far beyond textbooks, teaching me discipline, resilience, and the importance of hard work. After graduating from Vidyaniketan, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Mithibai College, Mumbai University. This led me to an incredible opportunity at Deloitte USI, one of the Big 4 consulting firms. During the COVID-19 lockdown, I discovered my love for writing and went on to publish my first book, Sea of Sentiments: Emotions Incarnated. As my career aspirations evolved, I decided to pursue a Master’s in Business Analytics at Northeastern University, Boston, USA. My journey there was marked by challenges, growth, and ultimately, recognition, as I was honored with the Outstanding Master’s Student Award. Today, I work as a Data Analyst at LexisNexis, a leading legal and professional services company based in North Carolina, USA. Looking back, I realize how much my school shaped me—not just academically but as an individual. The confidence, the leadership skills, and the never-give-up attitude that Vidyaniketan instilled in me continue to guide my journey. To all the students walking the same hallways today, my advice is simple: *say yes to opportunities, even if they scare you.
